We are thrilled to celebrate two outstanding students from Maranatha Christian School Officer Campus, Kora and Maxwell, who recently competed in the AusCycling Victorian State Championship.
Kora dominated both days of competition, securing the championship title, while Maxwell showed incredible resilience, bouncing back from a tough fall to proudly bring home a Victorian Plate.
Their journey didn’t stop there. Both riders went on to represent Victoria at the AusCycling National Championships, joining over 1700 competitors from across Australia. Kora raced with determination and heart, earning the prestigious title of Australian National Champion on her cruiser bike and placing third nationally in another category. Her hard work and unwavering faith have truly paid off, and we are so proud as she prepares to compete at the World Championships next year.
Maxwell gave his all across three intense days of racing, demonstrating a strong, never give up attitude that reflects his values and faith. His dedication and perseverance are evident.
Keep up the incredible work, Kora and Max we are so excited to support you on this amazing journey and can not wait to see where your talent and dedication take you next.
