Due to continued school growth, we are seeking to appoint an experienced committed Christian educator to join our Executive Leadership Team as Director of Primary Schools.
The Director of Primary Schools is a leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of Primary education across the School’s campuses.
This role focuses on building strong educational foundations, nurturing student wellbeing, and fostering a Christ-centred culture throughout the primary years.
Reporting to the Principal, the Director of Primary Schools plays a key role in implementing the School’s Strategic Plan and ensuring a safe, supportive and engaging environment for all Primary students.

PRImary teaching
ABOUT THE POSITION
An opportunity has arisen for an Education Support Teacher in our Junior Schools across both the Endeavour Hills and Officer Campuses.
Under the guidance of the Head of Education Support, the Education Support Teacher will work collaboratively with the junior school teachers, learning assistants, school leadership and other corresponding teams to enhance student outcomes. The role will provide support to class teachers and parents in preparing, monitoring and reviewing Individual Learning Plans. The Education Support Teacher will identify and support at-risk students with specific learning needs and design individualised and small group education programs.
COMMENCING
Commencement date negotiable.
TIME FRACTION
Ongoing, Full Time Position Available.
ABOUT THE PERSON
The Education Support Teacher will have demonstrated a high level of competency in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and supporting students with special educational needs and preparing Individual Education Plans. Experience in preparing NCCD documentation would be advantageous.
The Education Support Teacher will be a role model on which students are able to pattern their lives as they prepare for a life of Christian service.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a part-time Senior Finance Officer to join our Finance team and support the School’s financial operations and stewardship responsibilities. The Senior Finance Officer is a key member of the Finance team, providing accounting expertise and operational support across financial reporting, payroll support and general accounting functions. This is a newly created part-time (0.6 FTE) role within the Finance team, reflecting the School’s commitment to strengthening financial governance and supporting continued growth. Working closely with the Finance Manager, this role contributes to accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
Duties include:
- Supporting the Finance Manager with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and month-end processes.
- Assisting with statutory and internal reporting requirements, including BAS, Census reporting and management reports.
- Providing operational support and backup across Accounts Payable and Payroll functions.
This role would suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to service, integrity and excellence.

The Education Support Learning Assistant works under the direction of the Head of Education Support with guidance provided by other teachers as required. The purpose of this role is to intervene and provide assistance to students who are failing, or at risk of failing, to meet year level benchmarks or who have significant social and emotional struggles that impact on their learning.
