Maranatha Christian School was pleased to host the annual Junior Interschool Chess Tournament at our Officer campus.
Over 80 students from across different schools for a day of friendly competition and strategic thinking.
The tournament followed a 7-round Swiss format, with students demonstrating excellent sportsmanship and perseverance in every match. It was wonderful to see students representing their schools well throughout the day.
We are especially proud of our Maranatha students who performed strongly on the day. Congratulations to Edward, Viaan and Eklayva, who were our top three scorers and represented the school with distinction.Thank you to all participating schools, staff and organisers who made the event such a success.
