Year 5 Camp

Last week, our Year 5 students embarked on an exciting three-day camp at The Summit.

They enjoyed a range of outdoor adventures designed to challenge, inspire, and encourage personal growth. From scavenger hunts and rock climbing to obstacle courses, students stepped outside their comfort zones and embraced new experiences, testing themselves both physically and mentally along the way.

A key focus of the camp was developing a Target, Stretch, and Super Stretch mindset. Students identified goals they knew they could achieve (Target), goals that would push them beyond their comfort zone (Stretch), and goals they initially believed were out of reach (Super Stretch). It was fantastic to see so many students achieve their Stretch goals, with some even surpassing expectations by reaching their Super Stretch goals. More than just an adventure, camp provided valuable opportunities for students to build friendships, grow in confidence, and discover more of their God-given potential.

We are incredibly proud of the courage, perseverance, and determination they demonstrated throughout the experience. It was a memorable few days filled with learning, laughter, and growth.
