CSEN Interschool Cross Country

Maranatha Takes First Place at CSEN Cross Country

Last Thursday, 71 Maranatha students travelled to Bundoora Park to compete in the CSEN Interschool Cross Country, representing the school in Division A.

Despite the challenging conditions including a chilly start, slippery mud underfoot and low visibility, our students showed outstanding determination and perseverance throughout the day.

What stood out most was the spirit in which they competed. In true Maranatha fashion, students encouraged one another across every race, cheering loudly as runners from each age group pushed through to the finish line. The course was filled with laughter and camaraderie, spurring one another on through the toughest stretches.

This led Maranatha to an outstanding result, finishing first overall in Division A.

This achievement is a testament not only to the talent and commitment of our students, but also to their teamwork and willingness to uplift each other. We are incredibly proud of all who competed and represented Maranatha so well.
