There was a wonderful sense of community at our Father’s Day Breakfast as dads, grandfathers and father figures gathered with students for a morning of connection and fun.

 

The event featured the official opening of our new professional soccer pitch, providing families with an opportunity to see another exciting development as preparations continue for the opening of our Officer Secondary School in 2027. The morning also included a range of activities led by our after school care providers DS Sports, creating plenty of laughter and fun times for families.

 

A highlight of the morning was an interview with Mark Johns, our Property Manager, who shared reflections on leadership, family, faith and his passion for creating beautiful spaces that bless our school community every day. Mark Johns also introduced a special pictorial book showcasing the gardens and grounds across our campuses, celebrating the dedication and care invested by our property and maintenance team.

 

Of course, the ever-popular ‘sausages with the lot’ were a hit, bringing families together around the table and reinforcing the sense of community that makes Maranatha really special.
