Our Year 6s from Maranatha competed in a Gala Day across five sports: Cricket Blast, Basketball, Fully Loaded Softball, Volleyball and Hockey.
We are thrilled to celebrate the success of our Volleyball team, which finished 1st, and our Basketball team, which remained undefeated throughout the day and finished 2nd on percentage. Both teams have qualified for the Divisional Championships in October.
Just as impressive was the way our students represented Maranatha. They demonstrated outstanding teamwork, sportsmanship and encouraged one another. Congratulations to all students who participated, and we wish our Basketball and Volleyball teams every success at the Divisional Championships.
